Terms and Conditions
Protect My Order Service - Upon payment of the specified fee,
ProtectMyOrder.com agrees to provide you (the "End User") a service that
enables the End User the right to obtain new download links, registration codes
and "welcome e-mail" for the relevant WCCL Network Product(s) purchased
within one year of the date of purchase of such Product(s), for the sole
purpose of reinstalling a replacement copy of such Product(s) on the End User's
computer in the event the End User has reformatted his/her hard drive,
inadvertently uninstalled the Product(s), or changed computers. Such right to
obtain the download link, or re-obtain the registration code or "welcome
e-mail", shall only apply to the Product version(s) originally purchased
by the End User simultaneously with the purchase of the Protect My Order
Service. In addition, if the End User has ordered a Product(s) to be physically
shipped and the Product(s) has not been delivered
within three weeks within Europe or four weeks throughout the rest of
the world, ProtectMyOrder.com will ensure the order is reshipped at no charge,
providing the user informs ProtectMyOrder.com within five weeks.
Use of the Service - To use the Service, the End User must visit

IN NONCONFORMING CONDITION, THE USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE PRODUCT(S), OR
FOR ANY OTHER BREACH OF CONTRACT OR DUTY BETWEEN PROTECTMYORDER.COM AND THE END
USER. ProtectMyOrder.com's sole obligation to End Users who purchase the
Protect My Order Service shall be limited to providing the End User with access
to new download links, and copies of the Product registration key(s) and
"welcome e-mail" within 1 business day of the End User's request for a period
of one year from the date of purchase. The sole remedy to the End User for
ProtectMyOrder.com's failure to provide the Registration Backup Service will be
limited to a refund of the specified fee paid for the Protect My Order Service.
Effectiveness of Agreement - The End User's use of the Service shall not in any
respect whatsoever modify any of the terms, conditions, or restrictions
contained in the license agreement or other agreement by which the End User
initially acquired rights to use the Product(s) (the "End User Agreement"), and
the use of the Product(s) obtained in connection with the Service shall in each
and every instance remain subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions
contained in the End User Agreement.
Refunds - A refund of the fee for the Service shall only be payable to the End
User if the End User makes a request for a refund on all Products that are part
of an Order. The End User shall not be entitled to a partial refund in
connection with the End User's request for a refund for less than all of the
Products contained in an Order.
General - Any and all claims or disputes relating to the Service shall be
governed by the laws of England. For the purpose of resolving conflicts
relating to the Service, ProtectMyOrder.com and the End User agree that venue
shall be in Durham [England] only, and, in addition, the End User hereby
consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. ProtectMyOrder.com may
assign its rights and delegate its duties with respect to the Service without
providing notice to, or receiving the consent of, the End User.
