"Why are my messages getting blocked?"

Every message we send out originates from noreply@myhelphub.com. If this address isn't on your "safe senders" list, or is blocked as potential spam, you may not receive our mail properly.

The QUICKEST and EASIEST way to ensure you receive our e-mail messages is to send a BLANK MESSAGE to noreply@myhelphub.com. This usually ensures we're added to your "safe senders" list, and allows you to receive future mailings.

Once your blank message has been sent, you should receive an automatic response from noreply@myhelphub.com. Just ignore it. If you don't receive a response, we're still being blocked - try following the below instructions for adding us as a "safe sender" to your spam filter software.

To test whether you are receiving our messages, enter your e-mail address and click to send yourself a test message:

How to stop our messages getting blocked

With the advent of outrageous volumes of unwanted e-mail these days, it's unfortunate that legitimate e-mail messages -- such as our mini-courses and product updates -- are not being seen by some of our readers.

While we applaud the anti-spam industry for removing the plethora of unwanted e-mail from many of our mailboxes, many legitimate messages are now being mistakenly tagged as junk mail.

Sometimes, this results in our mailings bouncing back, with requests for us to respond to challenge/response messages to prevent future filtering. However, due to the size of our customer database, it's nearly impossible for us to handle the volume of such requests.

We ask that if you use an anti-spam program or service, please take a minute to add our site to your "safe" or permitted e-mail sender's list. This usually involves adding our sending address (noreply@myhelphub.com ) or domain (myhelphub.com) to your whitelist, safelist, or list of priviledged senders. Alternatively, it may involve sending a blank e-mail to noreply@myhelphub.com first.

This is commonly known as whitelisting.
